Iraqi Craftsmen Club

Overview

Gathering more than 3,000 members, The Iraqi Craftsmen Club is a dynamic collective NGO that contains globally recognized plumbing brands dedicated to empowering craftsmen in Iraq. Their unique business model involves offering specialized training, facilitating international fair visits, and hosting conferences. Members of the club can accumulate points by using brand products, which can then be redeemed for valuable prizes such as cars, apartments, gold, trips abroad, and more. We had the privilege of managing their comprehensive social media presence and orchestrating their annual empowerment event.

Our Collaborative Mission: Annual Empowerment Campaign and Event

The Iraqi Craftsmen Club held more than 300 training programs, arranged more than 50 international fair visits abroad, and gave dozens of valuable gifts like cars, apartments, and gold to its members. Our mission as marketers was simply to show the club’s muscles to raise awareness of its achievements and attract every craftsman in Iraq inviting them to enroll in the club. We did that by:

  1. Social Media Strategy: We devised a robust social media strategy that included the creation of engaging infographic videos, carousel-style storytelling posts, and strategically placed paid advertisements. These materials effectively communicated the club’s mission and the advantages of being a member.

  2. Achievement Videos: Regularly, we produced and edited videos showcasing the club’s achievements and milestones. These videos not only celebrated the club’s successes but also reinforced its credibility and value to members.

  3. Annual Event Planning: Our agency took on the comprehensive planning of the club’s annual empowerment event. This involved created a logo and slogan for the event, writing all content form inventations, to speaker programs and creating special video for the event.

  4. Print Collaterals: We designed inventive and informative brochures, captivating roll-up banners, and visually appealing flix designs, all aimed at bolstering the club’s branding and impact.

  5. Media Coverage: Our team provided extensive media coverage of the event, capturing key moments through photography and video. This coverage was later used to create a compelling conference video.

  6. Winner’s Story Video: To inspire club members, we created a video highlighting the journey of the first-prize winner. This video played a pivotal role in the conference presentation.

  7. Paid Advertising: Leveraging targeted paid ads, we amplified the campaign’s reach, attracting new members and generating higher engagement.

Social Media

We played with social media by mostly showing the values and benefits of becoming a member with real statics and achievements of club. We also made engagement content on useful topics for craftsmen in Iraq. and of course we took any chance to make an educational content on how the club work.

Event Video

We covered every moment, from their heartfelt values to their innovative business approach. The highlight? The grand giveaway of 20 cars, a testament to their commitment to their members’ success.
