Transforming the way businesses in Turkey connect with wholesale buyers and importers worldwide. At its core, eSinbad is a revolutionary online platform, akin to a Turkish Alibaba, dedicated to bridging the gap between wholesale buyers outside Turkey and a plethora of Turkish factories and vendors. The platform’s unique value proposition lies not only in facilitating Turkish product discovery and direct transactions with no commission but also in offering comprehensive support for every facet of the export-import process, including shipping and paperwork assurance.

Our Collaborative : Launching eSinbad in the Middle East

Our marketing mission is introducing eSinbad to the Middle East market. The growth goal plan was divided to two: Getting Turkish vendors and factories to register on the platform and showcase their products, Second part is attracting final customers seeking to purchase wholesale goods through this innovative channel.

Our Approach:

  1. Analyze: We had to find out which Turkish sectors are most interested in showing their products, and how people in Middle East importing from Turkey. Also listing the main challenges of both audinceses and compare them the platfom values.
  2. Awareness: The awareness has two messages, The first is for the Turkish vendors to get wholesale customers easily. Second, Arabic customers to import directly from the factory, with guarantee and shipping support. We focused on addressing the problems with values supporting it with reach ads and catching taglines.

  3. Segmented Engagement: We executed a planned approach, engaging with specific market segments, showcasing the product category in the platform, and comparing the outcome with the available offline methods.

  4. Traffic Ads and Lead Generation: Leveraging the insights garnered from our A-B tests and data collection, we launched targeted traffic ads and lead generation campaigns. This phase allowed us to collect valuable data on standard events, which we strategically used in Pixel ads.

  5. Full-Scale Sales Campaigns: Armed with a wealth of data and an understanding of our audience, we initiated full-scale sales campaigns. These campaigns were fine-tuned for each segment, ensuring a tailored and effective outreach strategy.

  6. Retargeting Strategies: Recognizing the importance of nurturing existing leads and engagement, we implemented retargeting campaigns. Our efforts were directed toward reengaging previous website visitors, video viewers, account engagers, and page followers. We also used the collected email data to make email marketing for special cases.

Campaign Results

Attracted hundreds of Turkish vendors, resulting in the listing of thousands of products on the B2B platform.

Garnered thousands of new user registrations, laying the foundation for a thriving user base.

Facilitated a substantial volume of wholesale purchases through the platform, reflecting the successful integration of eSinbad into the Middle East market.
